The room was clean and spacious, but parking was quite tight in the underground garage.

I was taken aback by the lack of basic amenities in my room. Both rooms I stayed in were poorly equipped, and the breakfast was disappointing. The location is in an industrial area, which made it quite uninviting.

The amazing staff went above and beyond to help retrieve my son's lost item 🚖. Rooms were clean and the breakfast had decent selections, but the air conditioning just didn't cool down enough.

The room at Th Boadilla was very clean, spacious and included a large TV with USB charging points by the bedside, which I found particularly convenient. The staff were exceptional. they provided water and towels whenever needed, contributing to a truly welcoming stay.
